ACKNOWLEDGMENT
OF EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
The professional acknowledgment allows the use of a title
study given by a member state for the exsercise of a job
qualification in another State of the European Union. But
It is necessary to distinguish between restricted professions
and not restricted professions.
RESRICTED PROFESSIONS
In Europe is previewed a general system of acknowledgment
of the qualifications that give qualification to exercise
the restricted professions.
However, the general system does not cover the professions
that already have been restricted to communitarian level
by a transitory or sectorial directive. The professions
covered from a sector directive are seven: generic and specialist
doctors, nurses, dentists, obstetrician, veterinaries, druggists
and architects. The general system moreover does not cover
some artisan, industrial activities or trades contemplated
in the transitory directives.
NOT RESTRICTED PROFESSIONS
The general system finally is not applied if a profession
is not restricted, therefore it is possible to exercise
the profession in the host State, with the same conditions
of the citizens and without any demand for acknowledgment.
TO WHOM APPLY TO?
On the base of the profession someone wants to excersize,
it is necessary to keep in touch with the competent autority
of the host country, the autority will confront the acquired
formation in the State member of origin with that demand
in the accommodating member State
