Residence permit
In France to receive a residence permit longer than three months it is necessary to receive a job offer. The modules for the petitioner and the employer are available c/o the local Police, the Town hall or the Prefecture of Paris. The first residence permit has a validity correspondent to the period of occupation, if inferior than an year, otherwise has a duration of 5 years. For those whom having a professional activity, the residence permit can be renewed for 10 years. Also the relatives can receive the permission.

An identity card or a passport, a civil status certificate, three photos, a job certificate and a birth certificate (translated in french)

Taxes
In France taxes must be personally paid. The contributions of Social Security are instead deducted from the employer

Lodging
