SECURITY
A worker who operates currently in an other country of
the UE has right to usufruct the system of Social Security
of such Country.
One has right to all the performances of Social Security,
like the illness, maternity, invalidity and the pension.
However since every single member state establishes specific
social performances, it is well to inquire the national
authorities of the Country in which someone work which
are the distributed performances. The contributions previously
payed in the Country of origin will be added to those
payed in the Country host.
FAMILY REJOINING
The worker, currently operating in an other Country, has
the right to rejoin himself with the relatives. For family
the law considers the spouse, the sons until 21 years
old (and more, if these are depending on him), the parents
and the parents in law.
To them it can be given the card to stay or a similar
document. Thanks to these document the relatives can take
advantage of the education system of the host country.
The relatives, moreover, have right without any limitation
to work in the host Country. If the relative comes from
an external Country to the Union he will provide himself
with an entrance visa given by the Consulate.
