the Paper the principles on which are based the European
models of the right of the job are established. In particular:
free circulation, job and pay improuvement of the living
and job conditions, social protection, freedom of association
and collective negotiate, professional formation, parity
of treatment between men and women, information, consultation
and participation of the workers, protection of the health
in the job site, protection of the children and the adolescents,
old and peple with handicap.
